Terms & Conditions for Product Sales

PRICES : Quoted prices are in INR, (at your delivery destination), and inclusive of customs duty, but excluding taxes, packing and forwarding, freight & insurance.

TERMS OF PAYMENT : 100% against proforma invoice. Cheque/DD should be favouring Christiani Sharpline Technical Training Pvt. Ltd. payable at Mumbai only.

TAXES : For this offer, sales tax / VAT as applicable will be payable additionally on the quoted prices.

DELIVERY : Delivery of materials will be 4 weeks ex – our office at Navi Mumbai from the date of your confirmed, technically and commercially fully clarified order with payment.

VALIDITY : This quotation is valid up to 30 days from the date of our offer. Validity beyond this period is subject to confirmation from us. However, this offer to you is subject to our further acceptance at the time of firm order.

Terms & Conditions for Training Courses

• Registration of seats for Training Courses can be made by fax or e-mail using the format, which is attached. Alternatively, your order can be sent to our training centre by post / courier at the address above.

• On the indicated course fees service tax as applicable will be changed.

• The course fee is to be paid in advance only on confirmation of seat. The course fee is to be paid by DD/ Cheque drawn in favour of Christiani Sharpline Technical Training Pvt. Ltd. payable at Mumbai only. Local / ATPAR cheques would also be acceptable.

• The course fee includes course material, lunch and tea and excludes breakfast accommodation, transport and incidental charges.

• For personalised attention and hands on practical training, maximum 16 participants per course will be admitted.

• Since there are limited seats in each programme. The seats are confirmed on first come first served basis.

• If seats are not available in the desired course, participants will be accommodated in the next available course and confirmed accordingly.

• Course fees once paid will not be refunded. 

• The venue for the training programmes will be our training centre, Digha, Navi Mumbai, address of which is given above. The normal course timings are from 09:30 to 17:00 hrs with a half-an-hour lunch break. Any alteration in the venue or course timings will be intimated to the participants a week in advance.

• Every attempt will be made to conduct the courses as announced. However we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the courses due to inadequate booking or circumstances beyond our control. We shall do our best to send timely communication in such situations.

• For foreign nationals, rules laid down by Govt. of India are applicable. Please intimate us 2 weeks in advance.

• Upon successful completion of the training programme, each participant will be issued participation certificate.
